Saheel Shah
Head of East Africa Operations
Saheel Shah brings a wealth of diverse experience to his role as the Head of East Africa Operations at Key Products Pvt. Ltd.. With an extensive background in strategic consulting, business development, and management, Saheel has excelled in leading complex projects across various industries.
Saheel began his career at Celtel Kenya Ltd. as a Special Assistant to the CEO, where he managed special assignments and represented the company in a government taskforce. He then took on a role at Deloitte & Touche as a Project Manager, assisting clients with cross-industry challenges. His journey continued with McKinsey & Company, where, as a Management Consultant, Saheel provided strategic advice to clients, further sharpening his leadership skills.
In his next role at Nokia, Saheel served as the Nokia Life Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for driving business development initiatives across key markets. Currently, Saheel is the Managing Director at Adpack Limited, where he continues to leverage his broad expertise to oversee operations and lead growth initiatives.
Saheel’s education journey includes studying Economics at Western University, followed by a prestigious HBA degree in Management from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He further honed his business acumen through an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, which allowed him to deepen his global perspective on business management.
Saheel’s unique combination of high-level strategic experience and operational insight is instrumental in guiding Key Products’ East Africa operations toward continued success.
Sanmit Sable
Head of Accounts & Finance
Sanmit Sable is the Head of Accounts & Finance at Key Products Pvt. Ltd., where he plays a critical role in overseeing all financial operations, including banking, accounting, and financial planning. Sanmit joined the company in 2011 and has since become an integral part of the leadership team, ensuring that the financial processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Sanmit brings a solid foundation in finance and accounting, combined with a hands-on approach to managing the financial health of the organization. His attention to detail and strategic oversight have been key in streamlining operations and maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Nilesh Vaity is the Head of Procurement & Dispatch at Key Products Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees the end-to-end management of procurement and product dispatch operations. Since joining the company in 2012, Nilesh has played a key role in ensuring that the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling the company to meet customer demands in a timely manner.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Nilesh brings a strong understanding of business operations, coupled with his expertise in procurement strategies, inventory management, and logistics. His proactive approach ensures that the company consistently maintains high-quality standards while managing costs effectively.

Factory Manager
Jagdish Patel is the Factory Manager at Key Products Pvt. Ltd., where he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. With a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Jagdish brings a strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills to his role, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the factory.
Since joining the company in 2020, Jagdish has been instrumental in managing the factory team, implementing streamlined production processes, and developing manufacturing budgets. His expertise ensures that production meets both quality and efficiency standards, while adhering to deadlines and cost management.
Jagdish’s leadership in managing factory operations is vital to maintaining the high standards of excellence that Key Products Pvt. Ltd. is known for in the industry.

Sachin Mamania
Founder & Managing Director
Sachin Mamania is the Founder and Managing Director of Key Products Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of stainless steel utensils and accessories, including handles and rivets. With a deep-rooted passion for the industry, Sachin began his journey in 1998, working in the family business, Bhulani Steel, where he gained invaluable experience in manufacturing stainless steel pots and pans.
Sachin's academic background in commerce, coupled with his hands-on expertise, has enabled him to successfully navigate the dynamic world of stainless steel manufacturing. In 2010, driven by his vision for innovation and growth, he established Key Products Pvt. Ltd., a company known for its commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction.
Under his leadership, Key Products Pvt. Ltd. has grown significantly, setting industry benchmarks for excellence in both design and functionality. Sachin is known for his relentless dedication to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service.
When he’s not overseeing operations, Sachin enjoys exploring new trends in the manufacturing sector and contributing to the industry’s growth through sustainable practices.
Rachana Chandaria
Founder & Director
Rachana Chandaria is the Head of Human Resources at Key Products Pvt. Ltd., where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and workforce. Having moved to Mumbai from London in 2005, Rachana brought with her a wealth of international experience. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Sussex University, where she developed a keen understanding of legal and organizational frameworks.
Rachana co-founded Key Products Pvt. Ltd. alongside Sachin Mamania in 2010, and since then, she has been instrumental in building a strong, dedicated team. Her expertise in human resources has been crucial in cultivating a workplace that values growth, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
With her legal background and passion for people, Rachana’s approach to HR is both strategic and empathetic, ensuring that every team member feels supported and valued. Her leadership in HR has been key to driving the company’s success, ensuring that Key Products remains a place where talent thrives.
Outside of her professional life, Rachana is passionate about human rights, and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
